Made with carrot, pomegranate, beetroot, and mint leaves (pudina), this carrot anar juice is very nourishing, refreshing and full of fibre.
Making this no milk smoothie with carrots, beetroot and anar is very easy and quick. First, cut them into small pieces and then blend all the ingredients in a mixer jar. Grind till they become a smooth mixture. Pour in to serving glasses and drink. Do not strain the juice as fibre will be removed and you will only get the water content with sugar. So, grind it to a smooth paste by adding little water to it, if required and drink as it is. Add some ice cubes if you like or otherwise skip it.

Step by step preparation of beetroot, carrot, and pomegranate smoothie
- Wash, peel carrot and beetroot.
2. Now chop them in to thin pieces to make sure that they become smooth when blend. Keep them aside.
3. Take out seeds of the anar and put it aside.
4. Now take a grinder jar, add chopped carrot, beetroot, anar, mint leaves and a little black salt.
5. Grind them for few seconds on high speed then add little water around 1/4 cup and blend again till it becomes a smooth mixture.
6. Pour in the glasses and serve.
7. You can also add ice cubes if you like.

Tips and tricks
- Use fresh carrots, beetroot and pomegranate. Wash them nicely to remove any dirt or soil.
- Chop them into small and thin pieces to ensure proper grinding and getting a smooth texture smoothie.
- Do not store these drinks for a longer time. Consume it within half an hour otherwise their taste will affected.

Ingredients

- 2 carrots
- 1 small beetroot
- 1 medium sized pomegranate (anar)
- Few leaves mint
- ¼ tsp black salt optional
Instructions
- Wash, peel carrot and beetroot.
