For making chocolate ice cream at home, we first prepare the ice cream base using milk, sugar, milk powder, and cornflour; then after cooling it down it is frozen for 2-3 hours. It is then whipped to get a smooth mixture, which is followed by the addition of the melted chocolate and cocoa powder. Finally mix these into whipped cream and then transfer into a container or box. Add dark chocolate choco chips and put the container in the freezer to let it set for at least 8-10 hours.

- Choco chips should be added after transferring the ice-cream mixture into the container, otherwise they will sink to the bottom and won’t be distributed evenly.
- Cling film should be touching the surface of the ice-cream; it helps in reducing ice crystals in the ice- cream.
- Ice- cream mixture should be frozen for at least 8-10 hours for the best results.
