It is recommended that you should start your day by having two to three fresh Tulsi leaves on an empty stomach. Tulsi acts as a great blood purifier and flush out toxins and clean your internal systems. It is advised not to chew tulsi leaves but instead swallow them.

Cinnamon (Dalchini)– it is antiviral, anti-bacterial and contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects gives a nice aroma and relieves digestive discomfort.

Ginger (Adrak)– Gives a nice flavour to this tea. Also helps in reducing nausea, gastrointestinal irritation, muscle pain and inflammation. good in eases Arthritis Symptoms.

1. First, wash the giloy stick and make pieces of it. Now, slightly crush them with the help of a  mortar pestle and put them aside.

2. Boil water in a saucepan, add crushed giloy pieces, tulsi leaves, grated ginger, cinnamon stick and fennels seeds.

3. Let it boil on a low flame for 4-5 minutes till it reduces to 2/3 of its original amount.

4. Switch off the flame, cover it and leave for 2-3 minutes.

5. strain and pour in the serving glasses, add honey and mix.

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds ( saunf )
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • 10-15 leaves tulsi
