Step by Step Preparation of Easy Healthy Lauki Coconut Ladoo Recipe
1.First peel lauki and remove the inner soft part with seeds. Now with the help of a greater grate it.
2. Heat a pan on medium heat. Add 1 tsp ghee and the grated lauki and cook for 3-4 minutes until it becomes slightly soft. Then cover it and cook further for 8-10 minutes. Don’t forget to stir in between.
3. After 10-12 minutes when the lauki becomes slightly and releases water, add desi khand and mix it well.
4. After adding khand the mixture becomes little liquidy.
5. Now cook the mixture further tills there is no moisture left. Add 1-2 drops of green food colour and mix well. It is totally optional. Now switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
6. Once the lauki mixture is cooled, combine grated paneer, dry coconut powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
7. Now makes small lemon size balls and give them ladoo shape.
8. Roll it into dry coconut powder and pista powder dry mixture and keep aside in a plate. Make all the ladoos in the same manner.
9. Delicious and healthy lauki paneer and coconut ladoos are ready to serve.
10. For best taste refrigerate them for an hour before serving.
