Hari Mirch Fry Ingredients

Green chillies- choose a thick variety of green chillies (hari mirch) for this recipe. They should be fresh and firm to get the best taste and texture.

Oil- I have used mustard oil which makes the pickle more aromatic. If someone doesn’t like the mustard oil can replace it with other refined oil like sunflower oil, soybean, groundnut oil, etc.

Spices– only a few basic spices- red mustard seeds, fennel seeds powder, salt, heeng and turmeric powder are used.

Shelf life of Hari Mirch Fry
