Easy Tart With Leftover Sweets | No Cook No Bake & Eggless

About this No Bake leftover Sweets Tart Recipe

This delicious tart recipe requires no cooking and can be made as a quick dessert when needed. It does not require any whipping cream or cream cheese at all.

From tart shell to filling we have made it home and is very healthy and delicious too. The ingredients required for this recipe are very simple and always available at home. I have used leftover sweets during festival time to make this delicious fusion tart recipe. The base is also prepared with healthy cashews and butter flavoured biscuits made with wheat flour.

We need a hand beater to make the filling smooth and creamy, can also use a hand whisk, but it will take more time to do the job. A tart pan or pie dish is required to make this recipe more attractive. Prefer to use a loose bottom tart or pie dish that helps easy de-mould the tart once it sets.

Serve this yummy and delicious no bake dessert at any time of the year.

Ingredients required for the making of No Bake Leftover Sweets Tart

Cashew butter cookies– I have used Patanjali brand cashew butter cookies made with whole wheat flour. Also, can be replaced with other healthy options like multigrain biscuits, butter biscuits, almond biscuits etc. For a gluten-free base, use millet cookies or oats cookies.

Butter-Unsalted homemade butter gives a unique taste as compared to market bought. For a salty taste, add 1/4 tsp of salt to the base mixture.

Hung curd– Hang the freshly made curd in a muslin cloth for about 6-8 hours. It drains out all the water content and leaves a thick creamy solid of curd. Refrigerate it for a few hours before starting making the filling.

Sweets-You can use any sweets or a mixture of sweets to make the filling. I have used kalakand for this tart recipe.

Condensed milk– To increase the sweetness a little bit and provide a nice flavour.

Cardamom powder– Add flavour according to the sweets used. I have added cardamom as I used kalakand. And the cardamom goes well with kalakand sweet.

For Decoration– Chopped pistachio, almond flakes and dry rose petals are used for the decoration to enhance the look and taste.
