We can make this tea with or without milk. Today, I am sharing this tea with milk. To make this tea with milk, we should keep a few things in mind.
First, boil ginger and jaggery in the water and lastly add milk to it. Don’t allow long boiling after adding milk as milk may curdle. Once you add the milk, cook for a few seconds and then strain tea or chai into the cups and serve it hot.

Step by step preparation of this best gud wali chai | ginger jaggery tea
1.In a sauce pan add water. Add 1 tsp tea leaves, 1 tsp washed and grate ginger, and 15 gm jaggery or gud. Boil it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
2. Then add cold milk, mix well.
3. Now wait till a boil comes. Switch off the flame and strain the tea.
4. Pour the tea into cups and serve hot with your favourite cookies.

- 1 tbsp or 15 gm Jaggery adjust as per your preference
