Coconut gives a creamy texture, nutty taste by peanuts, and tadka with curry leaves enhance the flavor of coconut-peanut chutney. It is gluten-free, vegan, and diabetic friendly too.

This coconut peanut chutney can be prepared within 10 minutes. Just transfer all the ingredients to the grinder jar and grind it. You can add less or more water according to the consistency of the chutney you want to keep.

Some people like very thin and watery type but I like a little thick and coarse kind of consistency. So you can adjust the consistency according to your taste.
