Where Health Meets Taste

Early in my career as a dietician, I noticed something surprising.

A Dietician or nutritionist can tell you what to eat and how much to eat, but often not how to make it truly delicious.
On the other hand, a chef can create mouth-watering dishes, but may not focus on what’s best for your health.

It always felt like a choice between health and taste. And I kept wondering…
Why can’t we have both?

That question changed everything for me. That’s when I started my journey to create recipes that are not just healthy, but also delicious and satisfying.

My Journey into Healthy Cooking

With a background in Nutrition Sciences and experience as a dietician at VLCC, I began experimenting with recipes in my own kitchen.

Over the years, I have developed and tested a wide range of healthy Indian recipes, focusing on:

✔ Weight loss recipes
✔ Diabetic-friendly meals
✔ Easy healthy meals for everyday cooking

This passion led to the creation of Healthically Kitchen, where I combine the science of nutrition with the art of cooking.

A Little More About Me

I’m based in South Delhi and live with my two lovely daughters and my supportive husband, who have been my biggest strength throughout this journey.

I hold a post-graduate degree in Nutrition Sciences and have worked as a full-time dietician with VLCC.
Today, I work as a freelance nutrition consultant while also managing my home and pursuing my passion for healthy cooking.

I’m a vegetarian and love experimenting with recipes that give a healthy twist to everyday meals — so you can enjoy your favorite dishes without guilt.
