5-Minutes Quick Paneer Recipe | Paneer Do Pyaza is a simple dry curry dish made with Indian cottage cheese, onion, tomato and just few basic spices. It looks very attractive and taste delicious as well.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté them till changes to light brown.
Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and tomato puree. Mix well and cook till the gravy starts leaving oil.
After that, add salt and garam masala along with paneer cubes and mix well, cook it for 1-2 minutes on low flame so that spices will infuse well with paneer.
5 minutes paneer do pyaza is ready to serve. Garnish with some green coriander leaveas and enjoy with chapatti, poori or paratha.
