About watermelon juice
Homemade watermelon juice is just ready in 5 minutes without using any juicer. High in water content and a perfect fruit to treat heatstroke in summers. We can eat the fruit as it is or make juice out of it. In both ways, it tastes amazing.
I mostly prefer to eat the whole fruit because while juicing it lost some of its fibre. But sometimes, watermelon becomes very soft in texture, not good for eating then juicing is the perfect solution. Please check out my other refreshing drinks

FAQs
Step by step preparation of watermelon mint juice at home
1. Wash the watermelon and cut it from the centre and then make pieces out of it. Take out the rind and make small size pieces. We will get around 500-600 gm from 1 kg watermelon.
2. Try to remove seeds as much as possible. Put watermelon pieces in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours so that it gets nicely chilled. Sometimes, if we forget to refrigerate, in that case, we can add some ice to the juice or chill the ready juice later on.
3. Once they get chilled, transfer them to a blender. Don’t worry about the seeds, if there is any. Blend it for just 15-20 seconds. Now add mint leaves and again blend it for 10-20 seconds.
4. Strain the juice in a bowl.
5. Add salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice. Mix it well.
6. Now add ice cubes to a glass jug and transfer juice in it. Stir it well.
7. Pour in the glasses, garnish with mint leaves and served cold. ENJOY!
