Atta Jaggery Cookies Recipe with Chocolate Chips (Eggless & Sugar Free)

Indulge in the wholesome goodness of these eggless Atta Jaggery Cookies recipe with mini chocolate chips, where health meets heavenly flavor. These delightful treats bring together the nuttiness of whole wheat flour with bursts of chocolaty delight.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat butter until it fluffy. Add jaggery powder and beat again for 2-3 minutes till the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Add curd and mix well again. Now add the atta, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix them.
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough. Mix gently together to form soft sticky dough.
Refrigerate the dough for 40-50 minutes.
After that take small portion of the dough and give them a round shape. You can also use a measuring spoon to make even size cookies.
Place all the cookies on the baking tray and lightly press them.
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few seconds, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
