Wash and chop dates and soak them in warm milk for half an hour.
Also wash and peel off chickoo and cut them into small equal pieces
Now transfer chikoo in a blender, add soaked dates and grind to make a smooth paste.
Finally add chilled milk and blend again for about minute or two.
Smooth and creamy chickoo milkshake is ready to serve.

Notes
1. Use soft and ripe chikoo for the best taste.2. Add of sugar is optional for a sweeter taste add sugar or honey in it.3. Use soaked dates as they become soft and grind smoothly with chikoo4. You can also add dry fruits while blending to increase its nutritional benefits.5. I have used toned milk which is good for health but for a richer flavour use whole milk instead.6. To make it Vegan friendly use almond , soy or coconut milk.
