Vegan Avocado Toast | Quick Breakfast Toast-Avocado toast is a simple and delicious meal that you can prepare only in 5 minutes and enjoy as breakfast or a snack. In this blog, I will show you how to prepare this easy and basic vegan avocado toast recipe.
First cut avocado from centre, remove seed. Then finely chop avocado. Keep it aside. Also finely chop onion and keep it aside.
Now toast whole grain honey oats bread on a hot iron griddle applying some ghee on it.
Once they crisp from both sides, Transfer to a plate. Top with some chopped avocado, then onion, salt and black pepper. Do same with all the toast.
Finally, garnish with some sesame seeds and serve immediately.

1. Use ripe but not overripe avocados for the best taste.2. Take fresh 100% whole wheat bread, multigrain bread or oats bread to make it more healthy and nutritious.3. You can customize these toasts with other toppings of your choice. Add garlic and any herb of your choice to enhance their flavour.4. Once you cut or mashed avocados, don't keep them for long as they will start oxidising that changing their colour as well as taste.5. The avocado flesh is removed from the skin and mashed separately and then spread on the toasted bread. Don't put mashed avocado on bread and then toast.6. You can also add some lemon juice to add a tangy flavour.
