Easy Cafe Style Creamy Coffee In 5 Minutes
Easy Homemade Cafe Style Coffee In 5 Minutes - Let's see how to make cafe style creamy hot coffee at home without using any machine. This homemade hot coffee is ready in just 5 minutes and tastes similar to the coffee bought from any popular cafe. I didn't use any refined white sugar here instead use khandsari sugar which is a healthier alternative and gives the same taste like refined sugar.
Ingredients
- 250 ml toned milk
- 2-3 tsp water
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp khandsari sugar
- Cinnamon powder for garnishing optional
Instructions
- First, in a small bowl add instant coffee, khandsari sugar and 1 tsp water. Take a spoon and start beating it.
- Once it starts changing its colour and become thick, add a few more drops of water and keep beating.
- Meanwhile, start boiling milk in a sauce. Once it starts boiling, simmer it for a minute or two and then take it from the heat.
- Beat the coffee mixture till the khandsari sugar is dissolved completely. The mixture becomes very thick, creamy and smooth in texture. Keep it aside.
- Now, divided the blended coffee mixture in two cup and pour very hot milk over it. Stir it well. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve hot.

Notes
1.Beat coffee and sugar vigorously for at least 4-5 minutes or till it becomes smooth and fluffy. Take a break if you need and start beating again.
2. Add a few drops of water when needed. Do not add more water at once, it will become thin and not beat well then.
3. To get the nice frothy texture pour very hot milk over the coffee mixture.
