Easy & Creamy Weight Loss Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Weight Loss strawberry smoothie recipe is a refreshing drink made with fresh strawberries, toned milk, homemade curd, milk powder, chia seeds, and honey. It is a very nutritious drink and can be served with breakfast or as an evening tea time drink.
Some sliced strawberry and white choco chips for decoration(optional)
Instructions
First, wash and clean strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Freeze them for about 2-3 hours.
In a small bowl, add milk and chia seeds, mix and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After 2-3 hours, take a blender jar, add strawberry from the freezer, curd, milk powder, and honey. Blend them at high speed for 1-2 minutes.
Now add chia seeds soaked milk and blend again for 1-2 minutes.
A creamy and delicious strawberry smoothie is ready to serve.
Decorate with sliced strawberry and white chocolate chips.

1. Freeze strawberries for 2-3 hours before the smoothie preparation helps in maintaining the bright red color.2. You can also add nuts and seeds of your choice to make it more healthy.3. You can add vanilla or strawberry essence to enhance its flavor.4. The quantity of honey and sugar can be increased or decreased according to the sweetness of the strawberries. You can also add another sweetener of your choice like maple syrup, coconut sugar, date sugar.5. To make its vegan version use non-dairy milk and curd in the recipe. You can easily add coconut milk, almond milk, soya milk to this recipe.
