After that wash them once and transfer to a pressure cooker, add water and pressure cook it for 6-7 whistles.
Once the pressure is released, strain water from peanuts and keep them aside.
Now chop tomato, cucumber, and boiled potato and keep them aside.
In a grinder jar add green coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, rock salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice and 1 tbsp chilled water. Grind them to make a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Preparation of boiled peanut Salad
Now in a bowl take half of the boiled peanuts, add chopped tomatoes, potato, and cucumber.
Then sprinkle salt, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and lemon juice.
Mix them well together. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with 2 tbsp pomegranate and fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
Preparation of boiled peanut Chaat
Now in the rest of the boiled peanuts add chopped tomatoes, potato, and cucumber.
Then add 2-3 tbsp of green chutney we have prepared.
Mix them well together. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with 2 tbsp pomegranate and fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately.

1. You can boil peanuts and make green chutney before hand and store them in the refrigerator. Just assemble when you want to eat.2. After adding spices or green chutney, mix it quickly and serve immediately otherwise it will start leaving water and becomes soggy.3. It is a no onion no garlic grain free recipe, so you can enjoy this during fasting time too.4. You can also add onion to give a crunch if you are making this for normal days.
