Gather all the ingredients and set them on your kitchen counter. This recipe is a quick mix-and-assemble process!
In a pan over low heat, melt the coconut oil. This natural oil brings a delightful aroma and binds the granola together.
Now add sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats, cinnamon powder. Pour the maple syrup into the dry ingredients. This natural sweetener adds a touch of sweetness while complementing the nutty flavors. Mix them well to distribute the flavors evenly.
Mix everything thoroughly until the oats and nuts are evenly coated with the oil and syrup mixture.
Roast them on low flame by stirring continuously until it becomes crisp and dry, there is no moisture left.
At this moment add coconut flakes and roast further for 2-3 minutes.
Now switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
Once it cooled, add raisins and mix well.
Store it in an air tight container for months.
Serve it as a snack, sprinkle it over yogurt, or munch on it straight from the jar. This versatile granola is ready to satisfy your cravings.

If maple syrup is not available other healthier options can be used like honey, coconut sugar, jaggery powder, jaggery syrup etc.3. You can customize it according your taste and choice.4. If you want you can also bake it in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes until the oats become crisp.5. Cool it completely before storing otherwise it become soggy.
