Enjoy these delightful easy no cook paneer gulkand modak recipeduring this coming Ganpati festival. These are fusion modak recipe made without using fire.
Crumble the paneer and place it in a mixing bowl. Add gulkand and blend them for few seconds in a grinder jar.
Take out the mixture to a plate. Add milk powder and mix till no lumps left.
Now add Desiccated Coconut and mix everything well.
The mixture is slightly sticky. Keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Take out the mixture, it is slightly set.
Grease your modak mould with a touch of ghee.
Take a portion of the mixture and press it into the moulds, ensuring they are tightly packed.
Gently remove the modaks from the moulds. They should hold their shape nicely.
Place the no cook Gulkand Paneer Modaks in the refrigerator for an hour to set and firm up before serving.
Store leftover modaks in the refrigerator and they stay good for about 5-7 days in the refrigerator.
