Now chop into slightly big pieces and put them aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add red mustard seeds. Wait till they crackle, then add heeng, salt, turmeric powder and saunf powder. Fry them for a few seconds, then add chopped green chillies. Mix well and cover it to cook for 2-3 minutes. Do not forget to stir in between.
Now switch off the flame and let them cool completely.
Once cool down transfer it to a glass bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.
