Learn how to make healthy sugar-free granola at home with nuts, seeds, and wholesome ingredients. This crunchy baked granola is perfect for breakfast, meal prep, and healthy snacking.
In a big bowl, add oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, raisin, cinnamon powder, and mix well.
Now transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
Bake them in the preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 20-25 minutes until they become roasted. Stir them in between to bake evenly.
Remove the baking tray from the oven. Now add raisins and let it cool down completely. It looks soft when removed from the oven but becomes hard and crisp on cooling. Store it in an airtight container and it stays good for up to months.
