How to Make Masala Peanuts | Quick Heeng Jeera Masala Peanuts is a crispy and lightly spiced savory tea time snack recipe. It is an easy and quick recipe prepared from raw peanuts without any deep frying.
Firstly, transfer raw peanut into a wide pan and start roasting on a low flame.
Stir occasionally.
Roast them for about 10-12 minutes until they start giving a cracking sound.
At that point, transfer them to a plate.
Now heat oil in the pan.
Add heeng, jeera, and salt. Saute it for about 30 seconds and then add roasted peanut in it.
Mix nicely so that the masala coats peanuts evenly.
Now, again roast them for 5-7 minutes so that the flavor goes deeply inside the peanuts.
Then add chat masala and mix, roast further for 1-2 minutes.
Now switch off the flame and let them cool completely.
Once they cool down, store them in an air-tight container for later use.
They stay best for up to months if stored properly in an air tight container.
