How to Make Seeds & Dry Fruits Ladoo without Sugar

Seeds & Dry Fruits Ladoo without Sugaris a healthy gluten-free dessert recipe. These immunity booster ladoosareprepared with nuts, seeds, and dry fruits that boost our brainpower and helps in improving immunity.
Dry roast almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds,watermelon seeds, til seeds, and khus-khus and flax seeds for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside
Lastly, roast fennel seeds for a minute and keep aside.
Leave them to cool down a little bit.
Now grind mishri and cardamom, put on the side.
Then grind all the seeds and nuts in a coarse powder in a grinder. Transfer them in a big bowl.
Grind dates and fig together into very small pieces and transfer into the bowl.
Then add ghee, cardamom, ginger powder, mishri, and black pepper powder to the mixture in the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well together.
Now make round shape balls out of it weighs around 20 gm each.
Enjoy these healthy and nutritious ladoos as a dessert or at a snack time.
Notes
Roast all the seeds and nuts for 2-3 minutes on low flame just to remove the raw smell, do not burn them.
Grind them in a coarse powder that gives a crunchy taste.
Skip mishri to make it diabetic friendly.
Replace ghee with virgin coconut oil to make it vegan.
Start making ladoos quickly after grinding otherwise it becomes a little difficult to make them.
20 gm size is perfect for one serving size but you can also make it bigger according to your requirement.
