How to make steamed sweet corn in pressure cooker

A very famous snack recipe yet very simple and healthy. Steamed sweet corn on cob spiced with black salt mixture and lemon flavour. A great evening time snack full of fibre and nutrients.

Instructions
Remove husk and extra fibre from the corn cob. Wash it properly and cut it into 2-3 pieces depending on the size of the
Transfer them to a pressure cooker. Add enough water to cover. Close the lid and pressure cook it for up to 2 whistles.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and strain water. Let them cool a little bit.
Now take a lemon slice, dip into salt mixture and lightly apply on the corn cobs.
Serve them immediately.

Notes
Choose fresh young cobs with soft corns seeds.
Do not cook them for long that lose their crispness.
After boiling, they become very hot so, wait for few minutes before serving them.
