Mint masala lassi/Pudina wali Thandi chaas is a refreshing drink made with curd and a blend of spices. It mainly drinks in the summer season to get rid of heat and soothes our digestive system. Pudina chaas is a great drink that goes well with every Indian meal.
In a pitcher or jug add curd, whisk it well with the help of a whisk or hand blender. Once the curd becomes smooth, add white salt, black salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder and dry mint leaves, mix well.
Finally, add chilled water and whisk again for 1 minute to blend everything well together.
Pour in the glasses and decorate with some fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

1. Use fresh curd that is not sour in taste.2. I have used the hand whisker but you can also make it in a blender if you want.3. You can also add some besan boondi for making it more attractive.4. If you do not have dried mint leaves in hand use fresh leaves, grind them in little water then add curd and follow other steps.5. You can adjust the salt quantity according to your taste or omit it completely if you have any health issues like high blood pressure.6. If preparing for little kids do not add red chilli powder in it.7. You can prepare it beforehand and keep it refrigerated till required. But don't add salt to it. Salt should be added just before serving otherwise it makes the sour taste.
