No Cook Amaranth Seeds Pudding | Easy Breakfast Recipe is a healthy meal recipe made with popped amaranth seeds,curd, fruits and seeds. Amaranth seeds are not a grain but a millet and hence are gluten-free in nature. So, it will be a good option for a fasting time meal and during festivals.
In a mixing bowl, add fresh low fat homemade curd. Then Add puffed amaranth seeds. Mix gently.
Add honey and mix well again.
Now garnish with thin slices of apple, flaxseeds powder, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and almonds.
Serve immediately.

1.Fresh and chilled curd should be used for good taste.2.If using freshly puffed amaranth seeds, wait until they reach room temperature and then add to the curd.3.I have added honey as a sweetener, you can also replace it with raw sugar, brown sugar, coconut sugar or any artificial sweetener of your choice.4.The quantity of honey or sugar can be decreased or increased according to your taste buds. You can also skip sugar at all. It tastes perfect even without any sweetener.
