Quick and Easy Avocado Salad Recipe For Weight Loss

This quick and easy avocado salad made with creamy textured, nutty flavoured ripe avocados, tomatoes, red onions, spices and a few fresh herbs. A healthy and delicious side dish that’s perfect for a summer lunch or dinner!
Cut avocado from centre, remove seed and scoop it out. Cut it into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl.
Now chop tomato and onion and transfer to the same bowl.
Cut jalapeno into small pieces and transfer to the same bowl.
Now sprinkle black salt, sendha namak, roasted cumin seeds powder and chaat masala in the bowl. Squeeze one lemon juice and add some chopped green coriander leaves. Mix them once.
Now Transfer it into a serving bowl and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.

Notes
1. For best taste choose well ripe avocado.
2. Cut avocado just before serving as it will change colour after cutting.
3. You can also increase the quantity of tomato and onion according to your requirement.
4. Add more lemon juice to increase the tanginess.
5. You can also add some cucumber or bell pepper to the salad if you want.
6. You can also add herbs and spices of your choice.
