Savoury granola is a baked salty granola recipe made with rolled oats, peanuts and seeds. This granola recipe is gluten-free, Vegan and a diabetic friendly recipe. It is a good option for a quick breakfast or snack time.
Preheat oven at 125 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add rolled oats, raw peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, salt, black pepper powder, honey, and coconut oil. Mix well.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with a parchment paper. Spread evenly.
Bake it in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. After half of the time stir it nicely and continue bake further 10-15 minutes.
Take out from the oven. Granola will be soft at this stage.
It becomes crunchier once it cool down completely. Then store it in an airtight container.
