This delicious Spinach Orange Apple Smoothie is an easy and quick green detox smoothie perfect for breakfast, mid morning snack time, evening snack, post-workout or whenever you like.
To make this delicious and nutritious spinach apple orange juice, start by washing, peeling, and slicing the apple.
Remove the skin and seeds of the orange and put them aside.
Clean the spinach leaves and wash them well.
Next, boil some water in a pan and add the spinach leaves. Leave them in the boiling water for 30 seconds, then immediately remove them and place them in a bowl of cold water for another 30 seconds
Once the leaves are cooled, remove them from the water and transfer them to a blender jar. Add the sliced apple, oranges (without skin or seeds), black salt, black pepper powder, and lemon juice to the blender jar. Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a smoothie jar or glasses and serve immediately.

For the best taste, choose fresh and juicy apples and oranges. Use green, soft spinach leaves for the smoothie.
You don't need to add any water unless you want a thinner consistency.
To get the most nutrients, drink the smoothie immediately. Don't store it for later.
