Sattu buttermilk is nutritious and energy booster summer drink. Mostly consumed during hot summertime rich in protein, fibre, calcium, iron, manganese, and magnesium and provides a cooling effect on our body.
Transfer curd, sattu, jaggery,cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, black pepper powder, and chilled water in a blender jar. Blend them till smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
How to make namkeen sattu buttermilk
Transfer curd, sattu powder,salt, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, fresh mint leaves, and chilled water in a blender jar. Blend them till smooth.

1. In the blender first add curd and then sattu powder otherwise it stick to the bottom and not mixed well.2. I have used jaggery as a sweetner you are to use any other sweetener of your choice.3. You can also add some chopped onion and green chilles to the salty sattu buttermilk. It totally optional.4. Make sattu drink in thin consistency for better absorption and lowering the bloating, acidity, and indigestion like issues.5. consume it either empty stomach of numerous health benefits or 2-3 hours after a meal. As it is cool so don't consume at night time.6. Sattu powder can be added to water, buttermilk or milk to make it more palatable and get more health benefits. Vegan plant-based milk or buttermilk can be used. You can customize it according to your taste.7. For best taste drink it chilled.
