Pour milk in a saucepan and put it on the flame. Then add 2 tbsp grated raw turmeric, a one-inch bark of cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Now start boiling the milk on medium flame. Once it starts boiling, lower the flame to simmer setting for 4-5 minutes. Then switch off the flame and close the lid of the pan for 2-3 minutes and put aside.
After that, strain the milk with the help of a strainer.
Now pour the milk in the glasses and serve hot.
Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom to make it more flavourful.
