Tips and Tricks

  1. Make hung curd at home with fresh curd or use greek yogurt for these sandwiches.
  2.  Hung curd can be prepared in advance. Veggies and spices are added just before the preparation because after these it starts leaving water and make the sandwich soggy.
  3. I have added carrot, onion, and capsicum but other vegetables like cabbage, corn, or lettuce can be added. Use only raw vegetables for the filling but if adding sweet corn, then steam them first.
  4. I have made this in Indian style but, to make it an international style add oregano and mixed herbs instead of spices.
  5. If you want a crispier sandwich, do grill or toast them.
