How to make this fasting friendly healthy dry fruit tarts

Firstly, ground dates, almonds, walnuts, coconut powder and dry rose petals together in a grinder. Keep this mixture a little coarse. Then spoon down it into the single-serving greased mini-tarts. Press lightly this mixture and form an even tart shell base. Cover them with plastic wrap and freeze them for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend paneer, fresh cream and honey in the blender and make a smooth creamy filling. Transfer this paneer mixture to a bowl and add chopped fresh fruits to it and keep aside. Remove tart shell base from the mould and fill with paneer and fresh fruits filling and serve immediately or you can put them back in the refrigerator for few minutes and then serve chilled.

How to make the base for tarts

1. First, grind almonds, walnuts, coconut, dry rose petals, and dates in a grinder mixer to make a coarse sticky mixture.

2. Grease tart mould with melted butter. Now add 2-3 tbsp dry fruit mixture in the tart mould and press it with the help of a spoon to give a shape of the tart shell.

3. Place all the tart in a tray, cover with plastic wrap and freeze them for about 30 minutes to set.

How to make paneer filling and assembling for mini tarts

1. Blend paneer, fresh cream and honey together till they form a creamy and smooth mixture. Transfer this mixture to a bowl, add chopped fresh fruits in it and put aside.

2. Now, take out tarts base from the freezer, loosen the sides of the tart shell with a help of a knife and remove them from the tart mould. 

3. Fill these tarts shell with paneer and fresh fruit filling, spread them evenly. Drip little honey and garnish with few dry rose petals.

4. Serve immediately or chill them in the refrigerator for half an hour and then enjoy.
