Take chilled thick curd in a blender, add washed and peeled chikoo pieces and honey. Blend until smooth & creamy. Transfer to a bowl , add some chopped chikoo and mix. Top with chopped chickoo fruit and chill for 30 minutes. Serve fresh and enjoy!

Always use fresh, ripe fruits Avoid adding citrus fruits directly to prevent curdling.
You can blend everything for a smooth consistency but don't over blend too.
